Civil Union for Combating Corruption Resolution No. (3) of 2026 Regarding the Formation of the Leadership of the Civil Union for Combating Corruption in the Governorate and Archipelago of Socotra President of the Civil Union for Combating Corruption, Based on the bylaws of the Civil Union for Combating Corruption, and in accordance with the requirements of organizational work, and with the aim of strengthening the Union's role in combating corruption, consolidating the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and enhancing its institutional presence in the Governorate and Archipelago of Socotra; It is hereby decided: Article (1) The leadership of the Civil Union for Combating Corruption in the Governorate and Archipelago of Socotra shall be formed as follows: Mr. Hosni Mubarak bin Hamdoun — President. Mr. Issa Ali Al-Tawari — Vice President. Counselor Abdulaziz Saleh Khamis — Secretary General. Lawyer Omar Noah Al-Ajmi — Member. Lawyer Ahmed Salem bin Aliyan — Member. Engineer Abdullah Saeed Saad — Member. Engineer Yahya Saad bin Saleh — Member. Media Professional Saeed Salem Al-Jadmahi — Member. Lieutenant Abdulrahman Ahmed Al-Qadumi — Member. Article (2) The leadership of the Union in the Socotra Governorate and Archipelago shall assume its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Union's bylaws and regulations, thereby strengthening its institutional presence and role in combating corruption and establishing the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Article (3) This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and all relevant parties and members of the Union shall act accordingly and implement its provisions. Article (4) This decision shall be published and circulated to the relevant authorities and shall be effective from the date of its issuance.
