Civil Union - Follow-ups The Anti-Corruption Commission of Armenia announced the arrest of 14 people as part of an investigation related to suspicions of electoral corruption in the Stepanavan region, which included inspections and judicial procedures. In a case related to the investigation, the authorities suspected that a candidate for the local elections had offered bribes to voters in exchange for participating in the elections and voting for his party, while the competent authorities are continuing their investigations to uncover the circumstances of the case and determine responsibilities. The case is still in the investigation stage, and the announced charges do not mean judicial conviction has been proven. Source: Armenian Official News Agency
