Indonesia | Anti-Corruption Agency Finds Indications of Financial Flows in Land Bribery Case | CUAC
Civil Union – Follow-up Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) found indications of financial flows during a search of the home of Lampri, Director General of Land and Spatial Supervision at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), in Bekasi. The agency said it seized a number of documents and electronic evidence during the search, conducted on September 18, 2026, which are suspected to contain indications related to financial flows in the case. A KPK spokesperson confirmed that the seized materials will be examined and analyzed to deepen the investigation, determine Lampri’s role in the case, and establish the full picture of the alleged corruption within the ATR/BPN Ministry. The case concerns alleged bribery in the processing of Building Use Rights (HGB) involving land belonging to PT Summarecon Agung Tbk in Bogor Regency. KPK carried out arrests related to the case on September 14 and subsequently announced that eight people had been named suspects.
